Mild pain is quite common in early pregnancy, as the uterus frows there remain some mild pain. Just take rest and make sure the pain does not become intense. Cntinue with follic acid tablets and get a nt scan usg doen by 13 weeks.

It’s been 2 weeks after medical abortion for missed miscarriage and had ultrasound yesterday. It says minimal retained products so my doc suggested me to take misoprostol again with antibiotics. But I had sex an hour before taking misoprostol tablet vaginally. Will it cause any infection?

No it won't cause any infection. But you should use some contraceptive method for next 3 months or until your retained products are expelled.

"baby was in the wrong tube:- there is nothing like this. Pregnancy can occur only one day of the cycle that is ovulation day so unprotected sex around that day only important. As only one day in month nature should be given 12-24 trials (12 to 24 months) before couple need any active management by gynecologist or infertility specialist those who have regular 28 days cycle get ovulation around 14th day counting from the first day of the period (bleeding) means sexual intercourse around 11 to 16th day helps for pregnancy. Those who get cycles differently calculations have to be made differently as ovulation occurs 14 days prior to the next period.

I am 32 and have recently suffered a miscarriage of around 5 weeks 3 days. This was my first time. Now my doctor has got my tests done and she says that I will be put on some daily injections for blood thinning for 8 months whenever I conceive again. I am really scared of these injections. Pls, suggest me some alternative because I had this miscarriage after 2-3 days of starting ecosprin 150. No major flaws are there in any of my tests, I do not know if I really need to go for these injections.

There is no need for inj. Heparin for the first abortion. 10 to 15 % of all pregnancies end up in abortions even in healthy partners. But there is nothing to worry about it. Only negative point is your age. Even if you are apla positive (auto immune disease) you require low dose aspirin 75mgm daily, which is safe in pregnancy. I will not treat you with any medication if all the tests are negative. You will have a healthy baby next time. You need only vigilant follow up by an experienced gynecologist.

If your tsh value is 11 then you have hypothyroidism. You should be started on levothyroxine to have normal tsh values, which is very important for healthy pregnancy. Your repeated miscarriages could be a result of high tsh. Torch igg positive is a good. You do not have any problem in conceiving but your thyroid medications should be started. You can revert me further with your reports.

Immediately went to hospital she said it's not miscarriage if miscarriage bleeding will be heavy with pain. And brown spotting is still continuing. What is the reason for having miscarriages like this? Is this happen with poor egg quality? How long will take to effect those supplements to get healthy pregnancy? Thank you.
