My weight fluctuates a lot Daily. I think my digestive system has gone for a toss, no matter how less I eat and how much ever I try to workout, my Weight always fluctuates in the range of 89-95. What do I do to maintain my weight, ideal weight of around 85-88 is what I think for now is achievable. But how. Please do help me out. Thank you.

Hi, Thank you for your query. We will be happy to help you. Make sure that you exercise regularly. Exercise schedule of 30 to 40 minutes at least 5 days a week is necessary for you. Eat foods that are rich in fibre. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and veggies. Drink at least 3 litres of water everyday. Avoid oily, junk and processed food completely. Only have home cooked meals.
