Hello, follow ergonomic advice first like wear comfortable shoes like sport shoes n wear heel cushion in shoes. Also use contrast bath (hot n cold both alternately, end n start with hot, each for one minute till 10 minute) also start doing exercise like ankle toe movement, calf stretch etc. I would like to advice to visit physiotherapist if not getting relief or for further betterment.
