Dear doctor After 87 days of needle exposure I did Rna Pcr for Hiv 1 and it was not detectable. At 102 days Ab/Ag test result is antibody 0.06 and antigen not detected. (Cut off 0.25) non reactive. At 180 days rapid test by immunochromotography done which is negative. Still I have oral leukoplakia and pain in groin and lower armpit. Whether this is related to Hiv 1 or 2.Whether I am conclusively negative? Kindly help Sir.

Hi. HIV test reports negative at 6th month of exposure then it's conclusive. Other symptoms might be due to other causes. Kindly visit a Dr. in person for proper examination and management. Thanks.
