I've chronic reactive arthritis from last 6 years due to which I am taking pain killers like naproxen 500 from 5 years and Saaz but I stopped Saaz last year as per doctors advice .but considering my backache doctor changed the pain killer to etrik 90 .can I take etrik regularly! What can be harms of taking it regularly as I've taken too much pain killers from last 5 years, can I take it regularly? Kindly answer.

The issue of long term medication is worry some. But there are long term studies in favour of medication. You need to be in constant touch with your doctor. Doctor will decide and change the medications. A sort of rotation of medication is required. Don't take medications without doctors advice.
