Had meniscus tare back in 2014. Was advised orthoscopy with HTO. Was weighing 102 kgs. Instead of opting for surgery. Reduced my weight to 73 kgs. With professional help of a dietician. And have maintained my weight between 75 -78 kgs since then. For that I exercise daily for one and half hour. Walking 6/7 kms. Or cycling 30-40 kms. But while doing this I experience a little pain in my knees when I go for walking. But fine with cycling. Question is whether walking is suitable for me. Or cycling?
