Sir, I want to lose my weight because my weight is 82 kg and wanna make it 60 kg so what should I do for it.

You have to make a balance between diet and exercise .Also rule out any medical issues by doing a blood test that tests Hba1c ,thyroid arc and get back with reports. Also for a start stop taking sugar in any form. Eat less carbs in dinner and do 40 mins activity daily. Sleep for 8 hours. No junk or fried food.
