Hym, enoplasty is to restore anatonmical virginity, Vaginal reconstruction is done for absent vagina from birth. We do Hymenoplasty procedures. Hymenoplasty and Vaginal cosmetic Surgery is a frequently performed procedure. We are the pioneers in central India since last 30 years. We have to assess the laxity and the tags available on the edges, To the best of our knowledge no medicines or creams work to repair it or change the size. We need to examine the patient to know what is wanted and what can be done and to work out how much, when, where, etc

Hello mam. This is a good question which many people find difficult to understand. The hymenoplasty is a procedure to create a normal anatomical pre-marital hymen when the hymen (a thin layer inside the vagina) is ruptured due to some unavoidable conditions. It can be for the sake of few religious customs or just for the couple to have a feel of pre marital pleasure. The vaginoplasty procedure on other hand is the correction of the lax labia minora and few a times the majora as well (theses are the skin portions near the vagina). The skin becomes very saggy, sometimes causing so much trouble for the patient to wear normal garments or for the self esteem. Those times vaginoplasty or better termed labiaplasty is done. Cost varies from place to place, cannot comment on that. The hymenoplasty is a simple 1 hour procedure whereas the labiaplasty (as it is more cosmetic) might take 2-3 hours.
