Dear lybrate-user, It is not advisable to do work out like running, brisk walking etc after dinner as it will not help you to loose weight. If you want to loose weight then you need to do exercises, walking and running before taking your main course like breakfast or dinner. Early morning walk or running will help you to increase BMR through out the day. Team Nutrihealth.
