Hello Dr's. I am 22 female. Joining gym keeps us healthy but wen we discontinue gym. Do we gain more? Its best to not join any gym better to join and discontinue. Am I right? Kindly clarify. thanks.

If you want to join gym for weight loss the concentrate on doing doing floor exercises like normal crunches, lower abdominal crunches, squats, thighs etc try to avoid machines for weight loss. And if you discontinue gym try to continue with the physical regime after that and try to follow a good diet to maintain that weight, as diet plays an important role in weight loss and then for maintenance.
