hello lybrate user you can loose your weight naturally without using any protein or other supplements. weight reduction is achieved by three dimensional approach. 1. Dietary changes- you must take high fiber and whole grain diet like khichdi, daliya, corn flex, fruits-apple, guava,papaya, soups, multi grain atta chapati etc. Avoid- deep fried, spicy, sweets, cold drinks, curd, (nonveg, eggs, alcohol and smoke if u take) etc. 2.
