Hello I am 33 year old and my weight is 80 Kg, and height is 5.4 feet. I am trying to lose weight but I can't I am working lady and having work time 9 to 6. I had tried green coffee, Nutri slim, patanjali medhohar wati, R59 Drop. But not losing weight. I gain this weight during and after my pregnancy. Pls help me how to I lose weight. Also pls suggest me diet plan for this. I don't have time for exercise. Because of my busy schedule. Pls help me.

Weight does not reducing by taking 1 or 2 good things. Whole food intake and lifestyle needs to be corrected. You need to avoid packed food that contain sugar, oil & salt, reduce grains like wheat & rice and increase natural food like fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts & seeds.

Make sure that you do not eat any outside food (junk, processed, oily, sweet). Instead eat home cooked meals with 4 to 5 servings of fruits and veggies. Don't skip your breakfast. Have your dinner early and keep it light. Drink plenty of water. Consume less carbohydrates. Even if you work 9 to 6, make at least a little time to exercise.
