Hi Lybrate user, first you should go to physiotherapist under his survillance you can follow these exercises like cat and camel, pelvic tilt ,partial curl. Quadruped arm/leg, and extension exercises along with ultrasound therapy, tens therapy gives you relief a lot. REGARDS.
