Dear Lybrate user, Chyavanprash is a Rasayan medicine as per Ayurveda, it is an excellent tonic but it is difficult to digest. You experience fatigue as your digestive system is not able to digest Chyavanprash or you must be having food immediately after taking. It. You can take small tea spoon in the mornings empty stomach and then have your breakfast after 2 hrs. Avoiding more salt is advisable although unless you inform your Blood pressure can not comment if it is good or bad for you.
