I have been masturbating from long time sometime twice a day; I am 28 year old and single. Now I am facing problem in erection ; I could realize when I was having sex with my girlfriend and could not make with her because my penis didn't erect at that time. I feel so embarrassed at that time. Please tell any home remedy and please tell If I stop masturbating if it will help to overcome the situation as I am planning to married soon.
