I am 68 years, 5 ft 10 inches tall 78 kgs. How many calories intake I need daily and how many I burn with normal intake and how many I need to burn more to stay fit and not develop a paunch.

Dear Sir. Calorie intake depends on one's basal metabolic rate and physical activities. Person of your height and weight has 2000 Cal basal metabolic rate (min. Energy required by body to operate without any physical activity). If you are not doing strong physical activity, you can add another 500 Cal. So total requirement is 2500 Cal. You should burn more than 500 Cal a day to go in a caloric deficit and to reduce belly fat. Have a good day.
