Hair fall happens due to varied internal factors. Dandruff may aggravates hair fall temporarily. Dandruff is due to recurrent fungal infection of scalp. Please take appropriate constitutional Homeopathic treatment to treat your problem effectively. Thanks.

Thin hair is due to hormones. It could be start of male pattern baldness. You will need oral medications and topical lotions to decrease the effect of hormones and improve the density of hair. Use medicated shampoo like Scalpe twice a week to decrease dandruff.
