Hi I started workout now and I have 173 cm height and 79.5 - 80 Kg of weight so please suggest me the diet plan or is this weight is perfect for my height. Can you suggest me the diet plan.

Your right weight is 72. Avoid all market & packed foods including white sugar, oil & milk products. Have at least 1 serving of fruits (2-3 whole fruits) and 2 servings of salads (2-3 raw veggies) everyday, before main meals.
