My dad is age 53 years suffered from high bp and taking telma 40 after few days feeling so weak due to such tablet. How much time it will take to recover from weakness?

Weakness should not be because of telma tablet but there should be some other reasons and needs to be evaluated after clinical examination.

Weakness due to Telma can be only if it is reducing BP too much leading to hypotension, otherwise it is very unlikely that Telma is a cause of weakness. In any case It will be best that you consult your treating cardiologist for BP check, as well as get a ecg, echo and Renal function test, TSH and hemoglobin checked. And ask your treating cardiologist for advise regarding medication change or dose reducation according to these reports.
