Hello, I was suffering from a major heart burn and burning stomach to my throat like acidity most of the time for 6 days and then it reduces now it comes back mostly during the nights after I lie down to the bed sometimes I feel it in day as well. Sometimes during day and night I sour belching and sometimes dry throat and bad breathing now a days as well I did some research my own and found it could be gerd or acid reflux or hyperacidity, I want to know what are the tests should be done to get the real killer inside my stomach, I can feel burning in chest and stomach and throat in moderate condition. For 3 days had difficulty when I swallowed food or even drink water I was hurt with heartburn like hell but now it has been 13 days when it all started and it has gone. But mild heartburn and mild burning in stomach, sour belching, bad breath, sore (dry) throat remains still. Is there a cure?
