Hey I am suffering from ulcerative colitis and due to cold weather in india, this disease picks up I have regular stomach ache and also loose motions. I have google and found that vitamin d is good during this season. As I am vegetarian can you please suggest me what to eat which cure my disease and also has vitamin D.thanks.
