Walking only helps in BP control. Yes if it is causing exertion like walking in mountains if you are not used to it then it can cause rise in BP

no it's a good exercise. high bp is due to stress and anxiety, obesity, diabetes, family history, faulty lifestyle. a person who is 41 years old should continue with walking if there's no distress
