Hey! I am a 14 year old boy, but my height is only 5'2.Everyone in my class is above 5'9. I loose my confidence. I am exercising from past 1 month and taking calcium supplement (Which is finished). Can I get to 5'10 when I am 15? Or any dietary recommendations? Thanks for any reply in advance. Also I'm a bit skinny fat.

Height to a large extent is decided by your genetics. But you are still very young. Some boys gain height in their late teens. So you have 4-5 years left to grow. Exercising overall is useful and helps in reducing fat and strengthening muscles. You should do more stretching exercises, in which your limbs and back-bone is stretched. Pull - ups are good. Also you can do surya namaskar and other yogic stretching poses.

You are too much worried just calm down since you are 14 the height is normal for your age group have lots of green leavy vegetables n fruits n milk in your diet avouid fatty n junk foods in your diet daily Since growth process stops around age of 22 chill there lot of time do exercise daily not necesssrily a gym bt normal one stretching uthak baithak etc thankyou!
