Eat more energy rich foods. If you are non vegetarian eat chicken and eggs. If vegetarian prefer milk and milk products, dry fruits, soyabean vegetable. Drink 6,7 glasses water everyday. Drink less water before, during and after meal to create space for more food. Have 6,7 smaller meals instead of 2,3 larger meals. If possible, join gymnasium and concentrate more on strength toning exercises. If joining gymnasium is not possible, do simple pushup exercises at home.
