Dear Sir/Madam, My age is 29, height 5'10" and weight 87 kg. Though I am doing exercise everyday around half an hour including jogging, push ups, stretching and crunches. My weight was constant of 79 kg since last 3 years. But suddenly it increased to 87 kg and it is not getting reduced. My job is of sitting nature around 7_8 hr. Kindly provide me the correct diet chart which I should follow to reduce weight or any other suggestion if possible.

Hi Raaj... No matter how much you diet ... But half an hour exercise is nothing... To reduce weight at least 2 hour of work out is needed.. And for diet chart we need more details about you... So better Consult..
