I want to improve my strength and endurance 4. I like to build my body I am using bcaa and a whey protein supplement. I need your guidance regarding the diet what should I follow ahs shall I continue the uses of supplement? Please guide me about the uses of steroids also. Is that fine? How to go for that and what could be the tentative expense on the same.

It is two different procedure first you have to do weight loss than body building. As you are using Bcaa and whey protein they are not good for weight loss. For weight loss you have to take Low Carb, moderate protein and high fat. If you do two things together than you will not able to get either one. To lose weight you need to focus upon some basic food plan like cutting down on grains and sugar. This helps immediately. Avoid processed food. The healthy weight loss diet should contain ample amount of vegetable with sufficient protein. Taking some dietary supplements helps in weight loss as well. Sample diet plan:- a) breakfast - russian salad with boiled eggs. B) lunch - cooked vegetable + 1 chapatti NutroActive brownXatta +salad +curd. C) snacks - dry fruits and nuts with green tea or lemonade. D) dinner - paneer tikka or chicken tikka with green chutney Suggested supplements:- a) microfruit and cytofresh tablets daily after breakfast b) lipolyzer tummy tablet after lunch and dinner. C) lipolyzer hips and thigh tab after lunch. If you follow this kind of diet pattern then you can lose 3-4 kg in months.
