I am 26. I have masturbation addiction since I was 15 years old. Almost everyday I used to. In recent few months, I was doing it 2-3 times a day. Recently first time I tried sex with gf and I experienced no ercetikn at all and no arousal. I ejaculate very quickly (less than 5 seconds) I penis is not hard enough to go inside vagina. I can not maintain erection for more than few seconds. Is PE or ED permanent problem or curable? How much time I t takes to return to normal, if exercise and medication are followed? Should PE & ED patient marry or avoid marriage?
