I have been suffering from depression nearly 3 year and also I am on medication there is lot of improvement but sometimes my mood becomes very low and I start getting negative thoughts
I feel people near me they don't like me people also said me on my face that you behave like a fool and idiot these things irritates me How Can I balance these thoughts. Also suggest me some helpful activities that may help to remove depression like spirituality going for a walk and so on.
