I am suffering from diabetes since 2 and half years. My fasting blood sugar level is110 and pp is 160. I ma taking medicine I take Glycomet SR 500 and one table spoon of fenugreek seeds powder in early morning with empty stomach. I am also walking average 3 km per day. How can I control my blood sugar level.
