Many Ayurvedic sited do not recommend Tea saying it acidity. Would you explain that? It does mean Black Tea without Milk?

Acidity can be due to many reasons like- Overeating - Spicy food - oily foods - sweets - skipping meals etc. Some people have acidity due to drinking Tea. Cause of acidity depends from person to person. If you are getting acidity due to normal Tea, then you can try black tea. If that also gives acidity then avoid tea completely.
