Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. The "Heel Pain" looks to be "Plantar Fasciaitis. This occurs because of inflammation of plantar fascia. You need to do some specific stretching exercises like walking on toes at home, stretching the foot, so that the fascia is properly stretched. Use soft foot wear. If required take some pain killers.
