I regularly go to gym. I have been going gym from last 8 weeks. I have seen a slight change in myself. But I want faster results. Also I see that I am not able to lift heavy weights. Or do push ups or pull ups. I can do a few push ups. But I can not do a single pullup. I find guys younger than me lifting more weight and having no problem in doing pull ups or push ups. And also I wanna know that what is the ideal weight for me .you have my details .I am 18 years old. I want your to build my muscles and increase strength.

Hi, I hope you are doing good. Ideal Body weight for you is in between 75_77 kgs but with normal fat ratio and more muscle weight. For proper stamina during the activity need to focus on pre and post workout meal mainly and manage diet as per the body requirements.
