Hi I want to know that, if a women is pregnant so what should we do I mean from 1 month to 3 month what she have to do. This is first time so we don't know anything please guide us.

First of all start taking folic acid once a day till 9 months of pregnancy avoid excess of oil and spices take seasonal fruits and green leafy vegetables try to take two times fruits and 4 to 5 times small frequent meals if she is not able to eat in one go each time she may have nausae and vomiting which may need symptomatic management with vitamins after checking with Dr. take lots if fluids avoid heavy work avoid jerky roads and travel get ultrasound done at 6 weeks 11 to 14 weeks as part of first trimester screening.
