I am going to gym sir. What kind of food I can have to build up my muscle and if I have food also I feel more hungry every 1 hour!

Get your gym routine planned by a professional to include weight training, cardio and stretching exercise in a structured manner. Eat atleast half an hour before exercise and immediately after exercise. Eat whole grains, eggs or full fat milk, and other good quality protein for good muscle mass. Along with exercise it is important to take rest to give body time to recover and build your muscles. Whenever hungry eat dry fruits like peanuts, roasted chana instead of biscuits and other packet food. Also drink enough water during and after exercise for better recovery.
