My daily diet in morning bread and milk, lunch time rice curd and veg, evening- snacks, night bread and veg. please guide me and give me any diet schedule for losing weight lose.

Please replace bread with oats, cornflakes or regular wheat daliya or wnormal breakfast items like poha, roti sabji, etc
Mid-morning you have some 2fruits like guava apple grapes omegranate orange lunch reduce the quantity of rice and include dal (pulses and legumes) like rakma chole chickpeas, bengal gram, redgram, green gram etc, with 2cups of veg and curd
Snacks go for sprouts, chickpeas salad, veg salad, fruit salad, corn etc
Drink buttermilk coocnut wtaer in between
Dinner should be same as lunch avoid rice bread at night time, go for wheat or brown rice.
Bedtime consue buttermilk.
Morning drop bread, add cereal like oats instead Lunch: substitute rice with Dalia or brown rice
Night: substitute bread with roti No white rice, maida,sugar, fried,cheese and butter.
