My son is 9 years and his weight is 39, according to his get he should be 28. My concerned about his weight. He is clever and very active but his weight is a concern. What measures can I take to get his weight around 30. Please suggest. Thanks.

Reduce fried foods, biscuits, ice creams, cakes etc. 5. Motivate him for good health and fitness. 6. Mother and father also should set example for him by eating balanced diet and doing daily exercise. 7. All these steps must be taken to help your child become fit and slimmer.
