Hi! a month ago I had blurred/glared vision and when I checked my Bp it was 149/98. Later on it got reduced now the range is between 127-137 / 82 - 92. I am 29 years old now and my family has history of hypertension. Should I be worried? Should I start medication right away or try to reduce it by natural means? Please suggest. Many Thanks!

Just a single reading of high BO cannot lable you as a hypertensive. Reduce your salt intake, exercise regularly and cut down junk food from your diet. You have a family history of hypertension but if you follow this you will not require to take medicines immediately. But keep a regular check on you BP, measure at different timings of the day. If despite following all this measures you are getting constant high readings where you diastolic that is the lower BP is crossing 90 then you need to take medication.
