Weakness, lethargy, stress, unable to handle work loads are all inter related. Once it starts we get trapped in a vicious cycle. Where all of this keeps repeating and there seems to be no way out. First of all, you need to do is manage your time. Make a list of things you need to do in a day. Then categorise them into four areas. Urgent? tasks demand your immediate attention, but whether you actually give them that attention may or may not matter. 'Important' tasks matter, and not doing them may have serious consequences for you or others. For example: 1. Urgent and important- things that are important and hve a deadline and needs to be done that same day. Things like a deadline at work, responding to an official mail, refilling groceries, etc. 2. Important but not urgent- is an important work, but can be postponed for getting done later in the day. 3. Urgent but not important: For eg, getting regular health check up ia important but not urgent but if you procrastinate further it may become an urgent issue. 4. Not urgent and not important- the forward messages we receive each day. They are neither imp nor urgent. Categorise your work accordingly, and take actions based on the priority. Once you are able to work according to this priority and make it an everyday task you ll witness changes in your mood, energy levels and state. Regarding weakness- eat high protein diet, exercise for atleast 20 mins a day or atleast 5 days a week to begin with. These small steps can bring in big changes in life. Feel free to get in touch.
