Im having pain in my lower back when I breathe in while lying down, pain only occurs when I drink 800 ml and after some time pain starts after I urinate pain goes off.

Hello Mr. lybrate-user what you are telling May be related to stone formation in the renal system So it would be advisable to get and opinion of a renal expert and get an ultrasound done to evaluate for the same but If still pain persist you may contact for further management.
