For a normal person need 8 to 10 glasses of water in a day, and according to your dehydration level you have to increase the water intake. Plan a proper life style according to your convenience, in that make proper timing for food intake, exercise and sleep. In between meals make at least 2 to 2.5 hrs gap and include all verity of foods. Include good sources of protein (Egg, chicken, mutton, fish, milk, all pulses, legumes and beans) and take at least two portions of fruits. Make sure that all different colored fruits and vegetables are including in diet. Start with moderate exercise of 20 min and gradually day by day increase up to 1 hr. Rest is the important part try to sleep at least 7 hrs continuously. After making all changes in lifestyle, again if you are getting same issue then go and consult a doctor.
