Hi, you have to include foods that are rich in both calcium and protein like Whole milk, paneer, green leafy vegetables, lean meat, skin out chicken, egg, sprouts, oats, fish along with stretching exercises that help you to increase your height in a healthy way. Hydrate yourself all the time and avoid oily and fat foods as they interfere with the absorption of calcium.
