Hi Yes, low haemoglobin and specifically deficiency of iron in blood causes mouth ulcers, cracked corners of mouth and dryness in mouth. Your anaemia needs to be corrected first. Kindly eat more green leafy vegetables, yogurt, vitamin C rich food (strawberry, papaya, kiwi, oranges, guava), beetroot, black sesame seeds, raisins and dates. Kindly avoid taking spicy and very warm food that may further worsen the suffering of ulcer. Homoeopathic medicines are very effective in such cases too. Tc.
