Dear lybrate-user all fresh fruits can be eaten in Diabetes as long as one is not allergic to it kindly avoid processed fruits and fruit juices as it contains sugar. Fruits with low glycemic index are preferred. Eg apples. Banana, kiwi, grapes, orange, pineapple dried fruits generally have high glycemic index. If needed you can call me any day. Regards.
