Hello lybrate-user, If you are used to exercises already, you can try HIIT. Also concentrate on upper body exercises, lifting weight and core strengthening exercises for back ache and improving posture. Always be conscious to stand or sit straight and keep your spine straight. Take deep breath always. You can also consult a physiotherapist who can help you with your requirement. You can develop the muscle through different exercises. Through Dumbbell front raise, Dumbbell side lateral raise, Dumbbell rear lateral raise, Seated or standing Military press, Face pull, Arnold press etc you can develop shoulder muscles. Don't concentrate on one particular exercise, Do the exercise for Anterior, Lateral and posterior deltoid, mostly anterior don't want much work out because through doing chest it will get developed some extent. For your back pain you can try yoga, but I cannot prescribe anything without knowing the reason of your back pain. Consult a Orthopedic for that. You have to do exercise for all main muscles for getting proper posture.
