hello bhaskar, wrist muscles are always weaker then forarms but if u want to gain wrist muscles den yes u can do it. do wrist curl excercise for that atleat 4 sets 10 reps with heave weights. or if u want to go for supplement then iron mass from arnold if best. if u get genuine product then u have no side effects at all.
