Hello, I want to gain more weight and what type of food should I eat and I am suffering from hair fall after my accident so any tips or any help for that.

Take a balance diet. Acute Telogen effluvium is quite common after any kind of shock. Take food rich in vegetable protein like pulses, beans,legumes. Take iron rich food like dates, green leafy vegetables and Jaggery, take sprouts 2-3 times /week, Take 2 almonds and 2walnuts in the morning. Take milk or milk products daily. Consult if sever hair fall even persists after 1 month.
