I daily need a lot of sleep. Even if I sleep around 12 hrs a day it is not sufficient for me. I need more sleep then also. Is this a disease. Do I need to take care of something else.

Increase intake of green leafy vegetable, fresh fruits, exercise daily to keep your energy level high.
