Dear doctor please explain about hiv tests and the window periods of tests and the accuracy of tests .My 120 dates tridot test is negative need to repeat any tests please help me.

Different tests have different window period for detection of antigen or antibodies and have different accuracy. You can do ELISA TEST FOR HIV after 90 days of exposure. This is 99.9 % accurate and conclusive.

Window period for test is 90 days from exposure. If you are negative at 120 days after exposure. You are negative.

Yes you have to repeat test at 6 month of you have to go for some special test to confirm at 4 month.
