At breakfast you can take cheese sandwich with 1 fresh fruit, At mid morning try hot & sour soup. At lunch 2ps rooti (wheat mix with boiled spinach, Mixed veg (panner, beans, carrot, Raita.at evening boiled peas 1 mid bowl with 1/2 tea spoon of lime juice, onion, green chilies OR Sprouts you can take.
