My Age is 15. I want to Increase my height, my height is average but still I fell I have to increase my height. I daily go on running and walk but because of it my weight is losing and also I want to decrease some fat like fat some fat on face. I am not a fat guy but I just want to maintain myself. So please help my.

Dear you are at growing age so nothing to worry about height and weight. It will grow with time and according to your age. But go on doing exercises and have balanced diet. Don't skip meal neither avoid anything from your diet.
